Rates based on 2 persons per room, 4 - 8 persons per Villa - depending on the size of the Villa.
Please add: $15 per day or $100 per week for each additional person.
Our rates compare more than favorably when measured against the $130 - $200 (plus 16% tax) per night for a standard hotel room in the area.
SURCHARGE: A $5 surcharge for each A/C unit per day will apply - if required.
We have no additional taxes or hidden fees.
Please note that at Christmas/New Year and Easter Week a premium will apply for all accommodations.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
- Direct bank wiring of Reservation Deposits may be made to our Costa Rica bank account in either US dollars or equivalent in Costa Rican colones.
- Credit Card payments accepted via PayPal or MoneyGram only.
- We regret that we are unable to accept personal checks.
- Please add 10% for payment in American Express Travellers Checks.
PLEASE NOTE: We require a 50% Deposit to hold a Reservation.
RESERVATION DEPOSITS:
Please contact us for details on how to send a Deposit to hold a Reservation. (See Registration Form or write us at costaricandream@gmail.com ) On receipt of a Deposit we will immediately e-mail you a Confirmation of Reservation, along with Driving Instructions from either San Jose or Liberia if required.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
With 60 days or more notice a full refund of the Deposit - less 20% processing fee.
Less than 60 days: A Refund will be reimbursed - as above - only if the accommodation can be filled for the same period of time.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
